John Kerkin Coal Merchant - 7 plank N gauge

Limited edition 7 plank wagon commissioned by West Wales Wagon Works and made by Dapol in 2010. Limited edition of 90 pristine wagons, this being no 49. John Kerkin was a coal merchant based at 27 Tir-penry Street in Morriston, Swansea in the early 1900's. There is little information available about Kerkin but there is an image of the wagon modelled here. The wagon was made by the Gloucester Railway Carriage & Wagon Company in 1901 and was registered with the GWR. ERA: 2. Wagon is in excellent like new condition with all buffers and couplings intact. Original box with limited edition sticker in good condition, sleeve has wear.
