Black Park Colliery - 7 plank Twin N gauge

Dapol limited edition twin set produced in 2011 which was available from their factory shop. Black Park Colliery was in operation in the late 1800's / early 1900's in the North Wales Coalfield area around Wrexham. Located at Chirk the colliery produced gas, household and steam coal and benefited from convenient access to the GWR mainline from Shrewsbury to Chester. Ince Wagon Works made 100 7 plank wagons for Black Park in 1905 and all were registered with the GWR. ERA's: 2 and 3. Wagons are in excellent like new condition with all couplings and buffers intact, the box is in good condition, sleeve has some wear.
